Return & Refund Policy (Home Furnishing Products)
This policy applies to cushion covers, pillow covers, table runners, and fridge covers.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
- Request for return must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used, washed, or altered products.
- Items damaged due to customer handling.
- Minor color or design variation (due to screen/lighting differences).
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, approval will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit.
4. Replacement
- Replacement will be provided only if the item is available in stock.
5. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item received is wrong or defective.
