Return & Refund Policy (Home Furnishing Products)

This policy applies to cushion covers, pillow covers, table runners, and fridge covers.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
  • Request for return must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or altered products.
  • Items damaged due to customer handling.
  • Minor color or design variation (due to screen/lighting differences).

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, approval will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit.

4. Replacement

  • Replacement will be provided only if the item is available in stock.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item received is wrong or defective.
